ATTENTION TO DETAIL

This house was built in 1875 by the Plunkett family.  See the extra.  I am amazed at what these people did with hand tools.  Mr. Plunkett was a soldier at a near by fort.  He was some twenty years older than her.  She meet him at a dance that her parents forbid her from going to.  Religious reasons.  They had a bunch of kids, and lived off of the land.  She also had a loom, and wove rugs for everyone in the valley.
We are not getting better.  Just fatter, and have better tools.
