Summer Solstice

Had a quick walk down to the beach and arrived home just as the first spots of rain were starting, it's now raining heavily!

Today is the longest day (in the Northern hemisphere) and these sheep look as if they are ready to sleep, I'm not going to start counting them ....

I noticed that there's a lot of Dog Rose flowering in the hedges, the one in this blip is very pale pink.
