Mindwork
Yesterday evening with my ex-colleagues was good fun. A walk down Memory Lane with lots of laughing involved.
It was home at 11 pm and no alcohol had been involved so I was surprised when I felt really dizzy and unwell this morning...
I went to work and stayed until I had to go to Ringsted for my 2nd session with cognitive theraphy for my sleeping disorder. It was interesting and challenging. I am looking forward to feel the effect of it.
I came home and did some training with Hero, then took all of the boys for a walk. Now it's time to pack the car as I am going directly from work to a HTM Competition tomorrow.
I am still not feeling 100% right, so I am looking forward to an easy evening with some TV.
This collage is:
Top left: Mindwork - the psychologist's waiting room.
Top right: A Norwegian Lundehund (Puffin Dog). I saw this little dog in Ringsted and wanted to blip it as I find it a facinating breed. It is a small spitz type dog. It has a great range of motion in its joints, allowing it to fit into and extricate itself from narrow passages. Dogs of this breed are able to bend their head backwards along their own spine and turn their forelegs to the side at a 90-degree horizontal angle to their body, much like human arms. Their pricked, upright ears can be folded shut to form a near-tight seal by folding forward or backward. Instead of the normal four toes per foot, the Lundehund normally has six toes, all fully formed, jointed and muscled. All this because the breed is adapted to climb narrow cliff paths where it originally would have hunted puffins.
Bottom: Hero - hot but happy after his training session.
Have a good evening!
