I am reposting a couple of my Machu Picchu photos as one of my extras somehow replaced my main photo yesterday. It seems you can only have one extra.

Today we spent the morning in the Machu Picchu village and then enjoyed the vast diversity of plant and birds nearby and soaked up the atmosphere. In the afternoon we caught the train to Cusco.
