The local school

Another look at the primary school, good to look onto from the garden. During the day we hear the hand bell telling them to come, go, change .....

If the extra works the collage is showing the late afternoon cloud; this is the view from the sitting room window when not gazing onto the mountains above the gorge. Under this a pair of Bell birds who flitted around this morning, both taken more or less in the same position, mrs is very cute, we haven't see her like this before. And a reminder of a Tui and Eastern Rosella. I omitted to say yesterday we are flying to South Island tomorrow, initially two nights in Christchurch followed by a drive over to the west coast. From there we will look for birds, mountains, glaziers and clear weather to see it all. I see from photos posted by NZ blippers there is snow on the tops.
