Not Just Any Bus Shelter

We showed GlassRoad one of Bellingham's unique hidden treasures this morning -- a salmon stream in the heart of town, sheltered by tall trees.

GlassRoad and Cynthia enjoyed quizzing (and blipping) a fisherman who had caught a Pink/Humpy/Humpback salmon. It was near the mouth of the creek and didn't yet show any sign of the physical changes and deterioration that occur prior to spawning. You could say it was still in the pink. Did I hear a groan?

There are various art works along the stream, including stainless steel salmon, and a totem pole, all of which I blipped long ago. Today I chose the art displayed inside a nearby bus shelter.
