All a bit of a blur.....

I've had one of those days at work when everything seems to come at once: five separate teleconferences and too many 'Urgent must be done today' requests. Consequently I didn't get my lunchtime walk (and I haven't done my physio exercises) . In the end it all became a bit of a blur. The only consolation is that it was raining pretty much all day.
