The Celtic Ring, Mermaid Quay, Cardiff Bay.

This giant Celtic Ring is a Bronze ring sculptured by Harvey Hoods in 1993 and is designed to look like an ancient Celtic Torc. It marks the sea boundary of the Taff Trail cycleway and walkway. The ring has lots of details representing both past and present crafted onto its surface referring to tidal charts, seafaring instruments and Cardiff Docks.
