Vegetarian cuisine

Marten treated me to a fantastic dinner tonight - at the best vegetarian restaurant in NYC! Kajitsu serves Japanese zen cuisine. The flavours and their combinations were amazing, as was the presentation of the plates. This is the appetizer - with foam made of olive oil! A lovely evening :)
