In Rozelle Park, Ayr there is an area of woodland where several trees have been cleared. Instead of cutting them down to the ground, several have been left with tree trunks standing some six to eight feet high and first world war figures carved. Ghostly figures standing or sitting...all in uniform.  Particularly like this log which has become a first world war tank.
