All a bit lovely

It's been a hard day, I have had breakfast in bed, sat and chatted, had a facial, sat and chatted, had a lovely lunch, sat and chatted, had a pedicure, sat and chatted and played in the thermal spa.

A question though, is this a rabbit or a hare?
