Durham past and future

I've known Andrew (left) for nearly 10 years and been working on book festivals and websites ...for around 8.  He's been a fabulous (tolerant and patient) colleague, and I have loved learning an entirely new and challenging skill.  

James (computer-whizz since aged 7) has been doing bits of work for him post A-Levels and has proved very useful indeed!   

Today I caught them looking at Google maps of Durham and discussing accommodation choices and social life.   Andrew was there 30 years ago (studying English) and James will be going on 3rd Oct (studying Computer Science).
