It's my birthday!

As I get older I expect less on my birthday my expectations were especially low this year as most of the presents I received were not even wrapped!
However when I arrived at work the graduates had written a card and bought some chocolates and then layer on had done me a lovely virtual card with moving images and music and their own lovely messages..So sweet.
Then my friend texted me out of the blue to ask if I would like to meet for lunch and my other friend got me a lovely card and asked others to sign it. 
I also got so many really lively messages on Facebook. Then my dad and Maria came over and we went out for a really nice meal.
I can't believe it. I an so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life.
