Apple Puffs

A friend and I have just had our flu jabs. As we were both 'brave little soldiers', we felt we deserved a treat. We bought these lovely apple puffs in the village supermarket and we shall each have one for our 'elevenses'. I'm trying to convince myself that they are mostly made of air and are therefore not too naughty - I'm not yet convinced!
