Introducing Rachel

Rachel Robertson joined the team recently to become our retention and recruitment assistant.

She will be getting to know all that goes on to support our volunteers and help work out what we might do better to improve retenion. And also at how we might streamline and refine our recruitment approaches across the organisation.
