window decoration

I've been wondering what to put in our windows as there are some lovely flower filled windowsills  around here but we aren't able to keep ours watered very often . My neighbour however has come up with a novel solution. It does seem to catch peoples attention as they wander by and if you fancy doing some typing you can open the window and have a pleasant breeze at the same time!
