Off to have an assessment today in preparation for a DAS course; getting to Edgeware in traffic, having an assessment and then getting back meant I was constantly using the clutch for about 3h which led to a rather pumped left forearm... Great fun however and really looking forward to the DAS next week.

Facebook: what started many years ago as a good way to keep in touch with far-flung friends has turned into 90% unsolicited idiotic opinion feed. Time to take a break.
