Back Lane

I met a friend of mine up in Hampstead today as we intended to visit an art gallery there.  Coffee, lunch, tea was consumed and the weather was actually very nice most of the day.  It clouded over a bit late this afternoon and a chilly wind started up.  This picture of the wonky street lamp caught my attention in the first place.but also the name of the street Back Lane.  Little things please for a small mind you know and the fact that its the only picture I took today!!!
Anyhoo its the Autumn Equinox today and is officially Autumn for those like me who prefer the proper dates for things to start.  Happy Hump Day and the worst of the week is nearly over!!!
