This capture from Jo shows why I would never be able to pursue a career in any sort of ball sports.

After yesterdays weather the wind turned around and came from the south east. It blew just as hard as yesterday. Again we went fishing in the boat and again the results weren't spectacular.

Again we all played footy on the beach while Olivia paddled in the shallows. Sunday night dinner was at the local pub which was a bit of a dive but served an excellent steak.

I went to bed early. After running around on the beach all day I was completely knackered.
