We were on the way home from Hull's FreedomFest when I spotted the Vulcan 'hanging' in the sky. So, we made an unplanned diversion to the end of the ex-RAF Finningley runway (it will always be Finningley to me - not Robin Hood Airport). She was coming back from Prestwick with her wheels down after a technical issue. It will be a sad day when she's no longer in our skies.
