Preparing for winter.

As it is autumn in India all of the farmers are getting ready for the long winter in their north. This hay was cut by hand and then carried  on his back up the ladder to the roof top where it is stored. It is stacked on a layer of branches[for drainage] and the a cover will be put over the top.
