Ireland - Day 5

This is sunset is taken from the cottage and after it became totally dark we looked outside hoping to see some stars.   We weren't disappointed and after our eyes became accustomed to the dark we were rewarded with seeing the Milky Way (neither of us had seen it for many years), several meteors and two space stations passing overhead.   What a difference it makes not having any light pollution, we stayed outside just watching the sky for ages and ended up getting a crick in our necks, but oh boy it was worth it!!.
