Rock pools in the rain

The weather wasn't so nice today but it's the first rain we've had all holiday. We did get to use our wellies for a walk to the beach to look in the rock pools though. Here is a pic of Luca touching a dead crab we found. We didn't find much else in the rock pools but we did enjoy flying some seaweed kites though!
We're heading home again tomorrow, while everyone else is heading to the island for the festival. At least we don't have a long journey to get home.
Oh and the kids slept much better last night, waking at 7ish and 8ish, why couldn't they do that everyday?!
