Sculpture Park

After months of not leaving Leeds, we had an outing to the Sculpture Park to see the poppies from the Tower of London. Here they are looking lovely and what a brilliant idea to put them on tour after last years installation. They looked great over the lake, although I've gotta say, I was expecting a few more for maximum impact. Still I love YSP and enjoyed walking the grounds and a chill out in the deer shed.

It was a glorious day and a wonderful hour or so was also spent on the cafe terrace soaking up the sun. Bliss.
