12 work men in the street.

The street was invaded by work men early this morning.I have never seen so many Vans and work men in the street.For a minute I thought they had come to paint my yellow line in front of my garage.But when I counted how many workers there was I thought no it not for my Yellow line they would not send that many men even in Spain or would they.
No ,they were putting up some new guttering up on the apartment across the road from us.That is the apartment the painters have been working on for over 4 weeks already.
