The Whole World in my Hand

 Busy day juggling with people and appointments – there was time left to blip though! Today’s is inspired by two artists – Donald Rodney and Mahalia Jackson. I haven’t seen any of Rodney’s original photographic work,   you can view it HERE, but I did see Mahalia sing in the 1960’s in London. I love Gospel singing and her voice is sent from Heaven.  I always remember that half way through she took her shoes off and her voice became even stronger. She died too early in 1972, but I still listen to her often, especially 'He's got the whole world in His hands' you can hear it HERE if you like.
