Medal Memories

I’ve kept all my race numbers and medals from all the challenges I’ve done over the past few years, somebody asked for a photo of them.  It was good to look back and reminisce about some good memories.

Big day for my mentor, guide and best friend, he had a great day!

I kept my demons to myself to not spoil the day, it really feels like I’ve falling off a cliff again.  The first tears for quite some time.
