A Sunny Walk

B and I enjoyed a gentle amble along the river around Stony Stratford today, a most pleasant walk, lots of signs of autumn promise, blue skies, fluffy clouds, the warmth of the sun on our backs, occasional duck chatter, and rather more than 'occasional' chatter on our part...splendid! 

This rather lovely bridge is between Old Stratford and Stony Stratford.
It is always busy with traffic, but when driving over it one is completely unaware of the beauty and tranquility which lies beneath.
