Urban decay

This is the old office from about 3 years ago. 
Now the building, he's just fine, well as fine as he ever was, just sitting there patiently waiting for another tenant to come along. 
Only thing is, outside he's kinda let himself go a bit. Like a guy on holiday who isn't shaving much, cultivating the bum look.

All he needs is a trim and all will be well again no doubt, well, as long as he gets the new people to come live with him again.
