Scapa Flow visitor centre and museum

Second day of our holiday and the weather has been warm and sunny.
The crossing from Orkney mainland to Hoy was very smooth.
Did a lot of exploring today to make the best of the weather. One of the places we visited was the Scapa Flow visitor centre and museum at Lyness. Wasn't sure if I would enjoy this museum but it proved fascinating, giving a great insight into how ordinary life changed for the locals when Scapa Flow became the home port for the British fleet during WW2.
