Escape

My first day back at work after the holiday. I wasn't looking forward to it but am glad it is over. Escaped at lunchtime for a walk and some solace and came across this bench recently gifted to us by a retiring employee. It is in a lovely sunny place next to an arboretum and I know it will be enjoyed by many. The light seemed to fall early this evening and by 7:30 it was pitch black and nippy. I did my evening walk wearing a coat and using a torch to light my path.
