Hint of Autumn

I am pooped!
Been a busy day. Wife visited daughter in hospital this morning to take clothes and toiletries. I'd done the school run and looked after our 4 yrat old granddaughter whilst wife at hospital. 
Daughter has a room on her own so arranged an early visit this evening for us to take the three children to see her. That went well but she tired easily. She will stay in until she can do without the nebuliser; could be tomorrow or more realistically Sunday. The one bright thing to come out of all this is she was seen by the doctor this morning and he asked her if she's been referred to the chest specialist or allergy clinic. The answer was no on both counts and not for the lack of us asking the GP - we've been trying to get a referral for the last couple of years. Anyway, he stood there and said "I'm the chest and allergy specialist and I'll see you in my clinic within a month. Great, we might get some sense now in relation to her condition.
