Hiking up Pikes Peak

My daughter and I try to make it annual event to hike up Barr Trail together to the top of Pikes Peak.
That is her leaving me in the dust!
The trail is 13 miles long, and the elevation at the top is 14, 110 feet.
Then we have a friend drive up the toll road to pick us up at the top and drive us down!
Today was a gorgeous day and the aspens were at their peak of color.
