The kitchen is closed!

And relax...,Always worry that I've not done enough but when you run out of eggs again and butter and lemons then I think it's time to stop. The car is full of goodies now so all we need is lots of hungry and thirsty people tomorrow and it'll all have been worth it.

Today's bakes included Victoria sponges, chocolate sponges. Lemon drizzle, raspberry blueberry and lime drizzle, crumbly oat slice, carrot cakes, cinnamon rolls and rocky road. Phew!

L has been in Glasgow at a debate in memory of Charles Kennedy tonight. Mr Cakes kindly agreed to collect him so I could have a wee glass of wine and put my feet up....,they should be home soon and then I'll let him join me!
