British Track cycling championships

A disappointing turnout for the first evening of the British track cycling championships. With some of our Olympic stars in action and a very reasonable price for tickets it was a real surprise for us. The last time we were at the Manchester velodrome it was full to capacity and a fantastic atmosphere.
But we had a great evening with Laura Trott winning the individual pursuit and Matt Crampton winning the omnium. Here we see Dame Sarah Storey who finished in 8th place in the pursuit against her more able bodied competitors. Great achievement.
