Blackwell

B arrived safe and well last night and it was really good to see her and hear all her news.  We spent the day together firstly shopping in Kendal and then onto Windermere where we hoped to have lunch in Lakeland.  However,  it was mega busy and there was a long wait for a table.  So, we decided we couldn't wait as we were hungry and then had a late lunch at Blackwell not too far away.

Lovely weather for most of the day -  she seemed surprised that it didn't rain all the time - she had been listening to too much southern propaganda.
