rat

Today I met rat. She had travelled here to take part in the Trossachs 10K. We managed a brief chat before the race began. Fingers crossed she managed the run in the time she hoped for. Always nice to meet fellow Blippers.

An afternoon visiting Hubby's dad and now home to the smell of dinner cooking away slowly in the crockpot. Looking forward to a lazy evening.
