A friend in need

My friend Joycie and I were meeting for lunch today ( I'm normally working ....but on hols)... we had lunch brunch at the Pavillion at Birtle, Bury......Joycie asked me to do her a favour and take her to Wythenshaw Hospital because her sister in law had taken ill ....and she felt too upset to drive......so we drive back over to my neck of the woods and I sat in the hospital cafe for 4 hours....Joycie kept popping in to see me....
Very sadly her sister in law passed away whilst she was with her.....so sad because poor J has only just lost her Husband
In August.... 5 weeks after their wedding.
I took her back home and stayed the night.....
We talked and talked till the early hours
