An Explosive Giant Walks

The Chimneys of Cockenzie Power Station were demolished today by controlled explosion. The coastline of East Lothian will look very different without the iconic twin chimneys dominating the skyline as they have done for the last fifty years.

The demolition attracted large crowds but I can't imagine that many were expecting to catch sight of a stone and smoke giant striding away from then scene of the explosion.
