The Market(s)

At 7:00 am the market is already busy. This is where we buy our veggies, or any of the other 6 vendors to the left, or at the other veggie market a couple minutes down the road. The fruit market is under a different large awning, but you can buy coconuts and pineapples in bulk here. And the meat market is next to the fruit market. The already prepared food is at a market another block away. Dry goods can be found in multiple stores along the way, which is also referred to as "the market." Eggs are sold at another market shop, or if you are willing to pay a little bit more, at most of the dry-goods shops.

Ready to go shopping?

I really do love shopping at the markets, but if I need a variety of things, it always turns into a bigger adventure than I expect. And then there's the walk home with all my bags of goodies. Careful not to swing the bag of eggs!
