Old & New Image Capture

One of my oldest and one of my newest image capture devices, a 35mm SLR and an HD camcorder that records to SDHC cards. Yep, it's a basically-worthless, literally-last-minute snapshot (although now I see my camera's time is substantially off, so the EXIF data will make it look like I had plenty of time to spare).

This shot isn't entirely random, though. It represents a chunk of my day, in the sense that I'm busy restoring the family digital photo gallery that currently includes over 11,000 digital photos spanning a dozen years or so.
