Wet Montbretia

After rain, the early morning sun glistened on the rain drops on the sword-shaped leaves of the crocosmia plants (often called montbretia) that are still thriving in the relatively mild Indian summer we are experiencing. I have used the chrome filter to emphasise the gleaming water droplets. The vantage point was from above looking down on the steps from the front door.
