QUIET
Quiet without Inka.
Sad to say that Inka went away yesterday. She attacked Dexter twice this week the last time I could not get her off of him. Was hitting her and eventually had to pry her jaws open. Then she bit me while I was getting her to the cage. Luckily she only got my top. An animal charity were looking for a new home for her for me and had a few people interested, so once I told them what had happened they arranged for me to take Inka up to their kennels to meet one of the ladies interested yesterday. We spent an hour with her and her family in one of the big paddocks they have and the woman decided she wanted her. The kennel are taking in Inka for a few days first to monitor her behaviour with other dogs first before she is re-homed to the lady. Kade and me were sad but held it together all through the visit but when we went inside to the kennels I just lost it. Signed her over and went in to give her a last cuddle. She wasn't to bothered tho', more interested in the things in the kennel to play with. Home without her both upset but knowing she is going to a good person and she will not be re-homed with another dog in the house is the best thing for her.
Spent all afternoon, in the garden working away.
