Collared Dove

I'm so tired today, I shouldn't complain because normally I have lots of energy but today for some reason I feel dead on my feet;  luckily being the weekend I've not had anything very demanding to do.  We've  just been to lunch with Jo and Ric and then straight back home  -  again to spend time in the garden;  I think we're grabbing every opportunity before the cold weather sets in. 

Doves are such sweet gentle birds, and we often see them as they live in the Monkey Puzzle tree, but although they're often around they don't seem take advantage of the feeder;  I wonder why.
