Marble Hill

We woke this morning to fog at Reefton and walked around the old mining town before we set off over the Lewis. Forgot my phone so no photo:-( see Pcc.
We were on the look out for a mountain stream to photograph which we found not far out of town which took up several hours!
When we got to Marble Hill we walked to the Sluice Bridge with its blue water and huge salmon, this walk way goes to Lake Daniel.
I loved the shadows from the beech trees falling on the path in front of me, I just hope my phone hasn't blown the high lights out too much!
One day I might get to Lake Daniels.
Home tomorrow in time for the Rugby!.
