Selfie and Selfridges

Treated myself to a little retail therapy today, decided it was time to get off campus and out of the house to explore since I've been here two weeks and the most I've done is walk to campus and back (with the exception of dinner with Auntie Angela)

Saw this guy outside Selfridges. Hilariously he's called Selfie - for two reasons apparently. One he's covered in discs in homage to the outside of the Bullring and two, Selfie-Seflridges get it?! How terribly creative people are

Shopped til I dropped then headed home through Grand Central (I had to stop myself from indulging further at the French cafe on the veranda) for a little nap. Work starts again tomorrow

Feel like I did moving to Adelaide or London in that I seem to have to do a lot by myself. Luckily this doesn't bother me in the slightest
