Another Crafty Piece
It's been a crafting day - with a dash of housework thrown in to ease my anxiety of a messy house!!
Achilles tenosynovitis is giving me a hard time today, have another waste of timephysiotherapy session in a couple of weeks but apart from immediate short term relief it's really not helping.
