St Albans does a good line in public toilets, and these are free, clean, and don't stink of pee.

Put those lavatories at out mainline stations that cost a good few silver coins to shame (yes Charring Cross I am talking about you...and don't you go smirking Waterloo, am mightily unimpressed with your WC-ness also!)
