Pian Delle Vigne 1996.
One of my absolute favorite bottles of wine ever. This year in particular is delectable.

We celebrated the end of my first year of medical school a bit tonight with prime rib from Allen Brothers. Elle came over to enjoy it with us. We also saw Battleship. It was so bad that it turned out to be great. We had a lot of fun at the theater thinking of all the movies that this movie stole ideas from. Brilliant.
