Calm before the Storm

Had my breakfast down at Ocean Terminal this morning as still carless. Was nice looking at this view.

This afternoon was with Mum in town. My anxiety grew and grew until I couldn't be in shops with lots of people and hustle and bustle.
I had a drink with my dinner which interestingly took away the anxiety, so I am continuing.
